Wilbur’s Taco Shop, formerly known as Wilbur Mexicana, has opened in Liberty Village.
From the outside, it’s pretty unassuming, but step inside and the space is massive, with a colourful retro-inspired interior that feels like a completely different world.
There’s a self-serve salsa bar where you can load up on different salsas and toppings, plus beer on tap to go with your tacos.
