Here’s when Shake Shack is opening in Oakville and Burlington

Shake Shack has been expanding outside the borders of Toronto in Ontario, and now Oakville and Burlington are officially getting locations of the American burger chain.

The restaurant chain has origins in New York City, and is known for its menu of burgers, chicken sandwiches, crinkle cut fries, shakes, frozen custard and even beer.

Shake Shack opened its first Canadian as well as its first ever Toronto location on June 13, 2024, at 10 Dundas St. E. Since then, the brand has been on a roll in Toronto.

Shake Shack already has Toronto locations open at Union Station, Yorkdale, Yonge and Dundas, Yonge and Eglinton, Yonge and Bloor, Square One and Vaughan Mills, along with a Kitchen Hub satellite location in the Castlefield area.

In 2026, Shake Shack also opened new restaurants on King Street West and Yonge Street in Toronto, as well as locations in Calgary.

Shake Shack Canada is opening a location in London, Ontario in 2027, which will be the first Shake Shack location in Ontario to feature a drive-thru.

Shake Shake in Oakville (275 Hays Blvd.) will be opening Nov. 18, followed by Burlington (4511 Dundas St.) on Dec. 4.
