This new restaurant is taking Vietnamese cuisine back to its traditional roots, drawing inspiration from Vietnam when it comes to everything from the decor of the space to the way they’re preparing the food and the ingredients themselves. expect dishes like fish sauce glazed chicken wings and grilled shrimp mango salad on the menu.
