A basement bar that had become a fixture in its neighbourhood for over five years has now closed down in Hamilton.
Odds Bar has closed its doors after seven years of serving the community and providing a chill space to hang out.
The bar served beer, wine and cocktails, and also had a “Cozy Bird” food component serving fried chicken sandwiches. They also hosted regular events like trivia, and Odds Bar was affiliated with the rock band Arkells.
The bar has now shut down as Odds had come to the end of its lease.
“We’d like to sincerely thank our beloved Hamilton community, and every single person who has supported us in the space we’ve called home for the past seven years,” reads a social media post from Odds.
“Thank you to every event host, guest bartender, and the amazing staff who have made ODDS something we are so very proud of.”
