A brand new restaurant that just opened its doors this year in Toronto is now transforming this holiday season into a magical winter wonderland garden with Christmas trees floating overhead.
For the holiday season this winter in Toronto, the brand new restaurant Queens Harbour is playing host to festive seasonal winter wonderland pop-up The White Garden.
The White Garden winter wonderland pop-up at new restaurant Queens Harbour is taking over their already stunning and jaw-dropping Queens Garden space, which spans two floors and features a huge tree right in the middle of the space and lots of lush greenery. A wraparound canopy has upper floor seating that looks down into the hustle and bustle of the restaurant’s activity.
The Queens Garden space is actually technically known as the largest rooftop patio in all of Canada, which has an impressive and huge retractable roof that comes in handy during the warmer months.
For their White Garden pop-up, the Queens Garden is being totally transformed into a festive landscape with over 40 flocked trees suspended from the ceiling, enclaved flocked walls, snow-dusted foliage, fur textures, and glowing lighting.
There will be a few special dishes available at Queens Harbour as a nod to the special activation, running alongside the usual menu that is always available at the restaurant. Specials include Butternut Squash Agnolotti with sundried tomato and fried micro basil, the Australian Wagyu Skirt Steak with chickpea tagine and whipped feta carrots, and Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake dipped in Ferrero glaze and layered with praline mousse.
Special seasonal cocktails will also be available while The White Garden is open at Queens Harbour. They’ll be serving a Ferrero Rocher Espresso Martini, Candy Cane Slush and the non-alcoholic White Passion.
“The idea behind The White Garden was to create something unexpected – not just a holiday installation, but a reimagining of how winter looks and feels, infused with everything people love about Queens Harbour,” says Ali Badreddine, co-founder of Queens Harbour, in a press release.
“Every detail, from the textures to the hanging trees, was chosen to make guests feel like they’ve stepped into another world,” adds co-founder Kevin Jazexhi in the release.
The White Garden at Queens Harbour can be experienced until the end of January in 2026. Reservations are available online on the official website for Queens Harbour.
“We’re always looking to enhance the guest experience with something grand, and The White Garden made our vision a reality,” says co-founder Iris Jazexhi in the release.
Queens Harbour is located at 245 Queens Quay W.
