Canada Day falls right in the middle of the week on a Wednesday in 2026. While many in Toronto will be out enjoying fireworks, festivals, and time off with family, the holiday will also bring schedule changes to stores, attractions, and public services across the city.
Fireworks displays will start at 10 p.m. at Ashbridges Bay, Centennial Park (Etobicoke), Milliken Park, Mel Lastman Square, Harbourfront Centre, Amesbury Park and Stan Wadlow Park.
