Toronto just got a taste of the fluffiest souffle cream sandwiches, and they’re seriously taking the viral souffle pancake phenomenon to the next level.
6Cloud has two locations in Toronto, and they’re serving up the fluffiest, puffiest little souffle pancake sandwiches filled with the lightest, airiest cream and all kinds of colourful and tasty fruits.
Their slogan is as dreamy as the souffle cream sandwiches that 6Cloud offers: “Taste of mood in every bite.”
The flavours of souffle pancake cream sandwiches that are available on the menu from 6Cloud are Hokkaido Milk, Double Matcha, Mango Diamond, Jasmine Green Grape, Chocolate and Sea Salt Oreo.
The souffle cream sandwiches are made by first making the tallest, puffiest little souffle pancakes, trimming them down to the perfect size, filling them to bursting with the most airy and cloud-like cream, and then adding the final touches, decorating each souffle cream sandwich with fruit, cookies and other toppings by hand.
“These are Toronto’s very first cream-filled pancakes,” a team member at 6Cloud says in a video posted to the social media for the business.
“Compared to regular pancakes, our pancakes are super fluffy, and on the inside they’re filled with very creamy filling. How we make these is, they’re freshly baked daily, not to mention they’re gluten free and suitable for all ages. Not to mention, we have two locations, one in midtown and one in North York. So stop by, and take a treat for yourself.”
The spaces are as cute and dreamy as the bouncy souffle cream sandwiches on offer at 6Cloud. Totally decked out in baby pink, they also have other cute touches like funky mirrors and minimalistic seating.
However, if you can’t make it out to one of 6Cloud’s two locations in Toronto you can also order their souffle pancake cream sandwiches for delivery using apps Uber Eats or Fantuan. Sandwiches are relatively pricey on Uber Eats, with each sandwich being priced at almost $10, though you can get a bundle of three for around $25.
Souffle pancakes have been trending in Toronto for years, so these souffle cream sandwiches are a very exciting new way to enjoy the item that’s known for its cloud-like, bouncy texture that’s lighter than air. Souffle pancakes can already be enjoyed in Toronto at places like Flipper’s and Fuwa Fuwa Japanese Pancakes.
Two locations of 6Cloud are now operating in Toronto at 3236 Yonge St. and in North York at Unit 110, 10 Northtown Way.
