If you’re a wellness junkie, you might want to hit up Toronto’s newest luxury spa that has all the latest treatments and services.

Trove offers massage, naturopathy, reiki, osteopathy, acupuncture, IV, red light therapy, cold plunge, sound baths, hypnotherapy, coaching, a salt cave and more. Experiences range from what they call “practitioner-led” to solo journeys and classes.

They also offer what they call “Trove Retreats,” and are starting off with an “intro retreat” so you can spend your day at Trove with a 25-minute salt cave wave mat experience, 25-minute lymphatic compression, 15-minute red light therapy bed, one Boost IV $150 add-on ($195 value) and one class, all for $215.

In addition, Trove utilizes a unique “credits” system to book classes and sessions. One credit starts at $48, and you can bundle credits together to get five for $225, 10 for $420 and 20 for $800.

With one credit, you can get 15 minutes of red light therapy, 25 minutes of infrared sauna and cold plunge, 25 minutes of salt cave wave mat, and 55-minute classes. Two credits get you 25 minutes of lymphatic compression, 55 minutes of infrared sauna and cold plunge, 55 minutes of salt cave wave mat and 85-minute classes. Three credits get you a 55-minute lymphatic compression. Credits stay valid for a year.

If you get hungry during your day at Trove, they have a full-service complimentary beverage station with Lake and Oak tea, a custom savoury brittle and mini menu by Nutbar (a local health food cafe), and kombucha on tap.

Trove hosts regular events as well, and the space encompasses a shop that sells a curated collection of products for wellbeing at home.

Trove is now open at 426 Adelaide Street West.
