Toronto’s premier spot for Italian shopping and cuisine is hosting a special Christmas Eve cooking class.
Eataly, a citywide institution that has even recently opened a brand-new location, has earned a reputation for top-of-the-line selections of Italian groceries, as well as a refined in-house restaurant and cooking classes.
To celebrate the holiday season, the flagship Eataly location in Yorkville is inviting those in Toronto to learn how to make only the most refined pasta with their friends and family.

Set in Eataly’s teaching station ‘La Scuola,’ programming for Dec. 24 will be focused on “the tradition of Northern Italian fresh pasta,” according to their website.
Pastas from the Northern region of Italy are often creamier and heartier, such as tortellini and ravioli, perfect for chillier nights with guests.
Those who enroll in the festive seminar will get to make their own pasta from scratch, all while enjoying an antipasto selection curated by Eataly, which features prosecco and ricotta spinach ravioli al pomodoro.
The Christmas Eve cooking class is scheduled for Dec. 24 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Eataly’s Yorkville location.
Ticket information is available on their official website.
