A brand new nightlife experience and restaurant is swinging its doors wide open in Toronto this very long weekend.

Noyaa has been long anticipated, but it’s sure to impress when it finally opens up this weekend, serving up elegant food and exciting nightlife vibes.

The menu reflects a diverse array of global influences from Japanese to Levantine, and the massive new restaurant will span a huge 7,000 square foot space. Noyaa is operated by Tribes Hospitality Investment Group hailing from Dubai, and Noyaa actually represents their very first ever Canadian outpost for their brand.

Some of their impressive and Insta-worthy signature dishes will include an A5 Wagyu “pillow” with truffle béchamel, a squid ink gnocchi with king crab and a shiso paloise sauce, bluefin nori tacos, and truffle lobster with Kaluga caviar.

Of course, seeing as it’s a nightlife spot, the entire menu of food is set off by a vibrant cocktail menu that emphasizes botanicals, high end mixology, seasonal ingredients and internationally renowned spirits. They’ll even be serving up some zero proof magic for non-alcoholic cocktail options.

They’ll also be serving up a jaw dropping sushi and sashimi tower, as well as an equally stunning Ishiyaki AA5 Japanese striploin finished tableside on a hot stone. The menu is rounded out by a large selection of Dim sum, ceviche, tartars, and robata-grilled specialties that smoothly blend Japanese and Levantine influences.

The humongous space is broken up into several distinct sections, including an omakase bar, lounge, main dining room area, and an outdoor terrace patio area that seats 20. The entire restaurant seats 160 in total.

The look of Noyaa highlights the organic materials of the earth like wood and stone, creating the perfect backdrop for nightlife performances such as pyrotechnic shows, live DJs, Greek plate-breaking ceremonies and even themed events like Jungle Brunch and Tokyo Nights.

The kitchen is helmed by Executive Chef Ciprian Gabriel Porumbacean, whose background spans Romanian heritage, fine dining in the UAE, and Japanese culinary philosophies to make him the ideal leader for this funky and innovative kitchen.

“Remarkable connections are around the corner and only days away. Where culture, cuisine, and taste meet in a new pinnacle of Toronto destinations – NOYAA. Located inside The Well, connect with impeccably prepared Med-Asian cuisine, marvellous style, and an atmosphere that embraces you warmly,” reads a recent social media post from Noyaa.

Noyaa is slated to open at The Well on Feb. 13.
