A pilates studio that was originally founded in LA over 10 years ago has opened their first ever location in Canada right here in Toronto.

Carrie’s Pilates was founded by Carrie Minter Ebers, and is famous for a 45-minute Carrie’s Full Body Burn workout routine that combines strength training, cardio and pilates. They’re also known for their Carrie’s Transformer 2.0 machine that’s minimal and has a folding mechanism to reduce the space it takes up.

In addition to the Carrie’s Full Body Burn, they also have beginner form classes, and specialty classes such as a 90-Minute Bootcamp, Abs & A$$, and Twilight Pilates. Private one-on-one classes are also available starting at $120 for 45 minutes of private training for one person. Classes are offered seven days a week and can be booked online.

There’s also a smoothie bar at Carrie’s with smoothie options like the Million Dollar Matcha with vanilla almond milk, spinach, kale, mango and matcha powder, the Green & Lean with vanilla almond milk, kale, pineapple and avocado or the Canary Diamond with mango and banana.

Carrie’s Pilates is now open in Toronto at 62 Cumberland Street.
