One of Toronto’s top coffee shops for Japanese-inspired baked goods just soft opened a brand new location, and it’s just as stunning as their other spots.

Neo Coffee Bar has been in business for almost a decade, and is now adding another location to their roster that’s just steps away from a central subway station.

They offer exquisite pastries and food like mochi, croissants, muffins, choux, cookies and beautifully presented roll cakes and cheesecake. They also offer Japanese-style sandos on house bread and a range of espresso- and matcha-based beverages, and regularly do seasonal specials.

The new location incorporates Neo’s signature interior design elements like lots of wood, concrete, curves and modern touches.

The cafe already has locations at Federick and King, Bay and College, King and Spadina and in the PATH at the Exchange Tower.

“We’ve created a space that offers more than just coffee. It’s a place for our guests to unwind, find respite from the city, and enjoy the calm of a thoughtfully designed environment,” said Kengo Torikai, Manager of Operations at Neo Coffee Bar, in a press release.

“As we continue to expand, Yonge x Gloucester marks our fifth location, and we’re excited to bring our unique coffee experience, influenced by Japanese flavours and design, to even more people.”

Neo Coffee Bar’s newest location is now soft open at 12 Gloucester St. right near Wellesley station.
