A huge new nightlife hotspot is opening this fall in Toronto, and it’s inspired by the spirit of Dubai with a “Mediter-Asian” menu.

Noyaa will be the first ever nightlife spot to open at The Well, adding to the newer development’s already robust roster of businesses including many restaurants and a food hall called Wellington Market.

Now, Noyaa is poised to add another layer of fun to everything that is The Well. The massive new restaurant is slated to span over 7,000 square feet and seat 160.

The restaurant and nightlife lounge will be operated by Tribes Hospitality Investment Group based in Dubai, and this will be their first Canadian project.

You might think Asian and Mediterranean cuisine may not have much in common, but they’re actually strongly linked through the history of ancient trade routes. For example, on the menu you’ll find dishes grilled on a traditional robata with influences from both Japanese and Levantine cuisines and cultures.

Signature dishes include an A5 Wagyu “pillow” with truffle béchamel, a squid ink gnocchi with king crab and shiso paloise sauce, bluefin nori tacos, and truffle lobster with Kaluga caviar.

Noyaa will doubtless become known for serving show-stopping items like luxurious sushi and sashimi towers as well as an Ishiyaki AA5 Japanese striploin that is finished tableside on a hot stone. The menu should be rounded out by options for dim sum, ceviche and tartares.

A cocktail program designed to accompany it all should incorporate seasonal ingredients and global spirit brands, with zero-proof options available as well.

The space is intended to be a full-on sensory experience that explores the harmony found in opposites, blending organic textures, contemporary shapes, smooth finishes and natural materials like timber and stone.

Noyaa should encompass a variety of spaces, including a 10-seat omakase bar, a 40-seat bar and lounge area, 90-seat main dining area and an intimate outdoor terrace seating 20.

Those that love restaurants that double as nightlife experiences will be in luck when Noyaa opens its doors. Along with world class food and interior design, Noyaa will also play host to lots of high-octane live entertainment like international DJs and fire performers.

There will also be lots of themed experiences happening at Noyaa, like an Amazonico Jungle Brunch on Sundays. In the evenings, check out global-themed experiences like Nights in Mykonos, Tokyo Nights and Mediterranean Nights.

Noyaa should be opening at The Well in late fall.
