Wellington Market is a food hall located at The Well in Toronto that’s already brimming with fun options, but now a bunch more are being added to the roster including some extra special ones.

The market originally opened in May 2024, is home to over 50 vendors and is now unveiling an extra 20,000 square feet of expanded space.

Along with that, Wellington Market is adding eight new restaurants to its offerings this summer. Five of them will be opening in July, and another three will be opening in August. Among those will be an international vendor and new stalls from Michelin-level restaurants.

The new restaurants opening at Wellington Market in July are Bear Steak Sandwiches, Chen Chen’s Nashville Hot Chicken, Panda Pancakes, Kao Kang by Michelin-recommended Thai restaurant Koh Lipe and The Carvery from New Zealand, which will be serving up UK-style roast meats.

Restaurants opening in August at Wellington Market will be healthy spot Lili Foods, grilled cheese concept Cheezed and a new outpost for Michelin-recognized Armenian Lebanese restaurant Taline.
