This bar by the people behind nerd-themed restaurant Storm Crow Manor went through many transformations, most often appearing as a sci-fi-themed spot. It was recently also a beach bar and a Canadian-themed bar.

Now, they’ve closed their doors with one last “farewell voyage” that took place during the end of August.

For over 40 years, this Middle Eastern restaurant has served the community with their traditional fare and delicious brunches, including their famous Eggs Benedict with dill sauce. They’re saying goodbye to the neighbourhood as the month ends.

The future for this spot is murky, but it appears the Ossington pizzeria has shuttered for now after about a decade in business. They’ve left a message saying they’ll “be right back,” but they’re currently closed until further notice.
