A trendy pizza spot that was hidden inside a cafe has announced they’re closing their doors.

Bello Pizza is the brainchild of Andrew LeBlanc, who has spent over 15 years experimenting with pizza. Their menu is always creative and seasonal, with everything from classic NYC cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza to a “Royale Rose” pizza and a vegan variety.

The pizzeria took to social media to announce the closure of their Toronto location.

“It is with a heavy heart that we share with you, our devoted followers and patrons, that we will not be renewing our lease inside Halcyon Cafe on Bloor Street West,” reads the announcement signed by the Bello team.

“We want to sincerely thank our staff at Bello who worked tirelessly to consistently create delicious pies for the people over the past four years. Our little neighbourhood spot would also not have been possible without the dedication of the staff and owners of Halcyon Cafe, we will forever be grateful for the opportunity.”
