CLOSURE: Cafe just abruptly shuttered its doors in Toronto

A cafe that was part of a popular chain of bookstores just suddenly closed down in Toronto.
BMV Cafe was part of the BMV family of stores, which sells (as the name suggests) books, music and videos. They’re a well-known second hand shop that also buys used media.
The cafe was right next to a location of BMV, and served drinks and snacks. They also sold books and items like the stores, and did three for $10 deals.
Now, BMV has taken to social media to make a quick and sudden announcement that the cafe is now closed.
“The BMV Cafe is closing,” reads their post. “Thanks for a great 2 years everyone. But don’t worry, you can still get your 3 for $10 fix down at our Queen Street store. Their upper floor is all 3 for $10, plus 5 for $2 comics.”

There are only a few comments on the post on Instagram, but they’re heartfelt, with people commenting “no!” and expressing dismay at the closure.
The last day for BMV Cafe was June 15.
