A new immersive nightclub with burlesque entertainment for both men and women is opening this month in Toronto.

FYE bills itself as an “ultraclub” that will only be open two days a week, but will keep the party going late into the night, and claims to be the first of its kind in Canada.

The space and entertainment are intended to be inspired by nightlife in places like Miami and Ibiza, with live performances by burlesque artists, aerialists, dancers and DJs. There should be performances every hour on the hour. The spot where FYE will be opening was previously home to similarly extravagant concept Grand Bizarre.

They should also be serving a menu of small plates with global influences designed by chef Robert Rainford, along with signature cocktails. The menu consists of starters, sliders, sandwiches, taco platters, pizza and dessert.

There are also some very specific other caveats for partying at FYE. Men have to be over 25 to enter, point blank, and the dress code is “high fashion after hours.”

“FYE Ultraclub does not allow rude, vulgar or offensive clothing, large chains and pendants, men’s sleeveless shirts, athletic wear, swim wear, sweat suits, excessive baggy clothing, pants below waistline, house slippers, skull cap, baseball hats, or sports hats,” reads the FYE website.

FYE at 7 Saskatchewan Rd. should be opening on Sept. 26.
