A grocery store known for its blast frozen products just opened up its third Ontario location.

Wild Fork already has locations in Whitby and Oakville, and now they’ve just opened one in Ancaster. There are already over 40 locations of the store in the United States, and their Whitby store was the first in Canada.

The chain uses a blast freezing technique to seal in vitamins and minerals and keep products fresh. They sell a wide variety of meats as well as seafood and produce, with over 600 products in stock sourced from around the world including options like A5 Wagyu from Japan. In addition to shopping in-store you can also browse online and get their products delivered.

According to Retail Insider, the chain is on track to open 15 more stores in the United States before the end of the year and plans to expand across Canada, hoping to open locations in British Columbia and Alberta within the next few years.

Before that, however, Wild Fork is set to expand further within Ontario and the GTA with stores slated to open in Newmarket and London next year.

Wild Fork just opened in Ancaster at 1015 Golf Links Rd. and they’re having a grand opening on June 22.
