A Quebec chain for Turkish pastries is expanding rapidly in Ontario

A chain with lots of locations in Quebec that’s known for their puffy, fluffy Turkish pastries is expanding in Ontario with several new locations opening in the province.

Lokma Pastry specializes in the treat they’re named for, Turkish lokma. They’re crispy and golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside, and the chain takes them to the next level with lots of different toppings.

Varieties include options like pistachio, Nutella banana, Speculoos and white chocolate. They also serve mini donuts, milkshakes, sundaes and halal Korean hot dogs.

Quebec locations of Lokma include Villeray, Jean Talon, St-Laurent, Cure-Labelle, Valleyfield and Pyramide. Lokma already has two Ontario locations in Ottawa, plus locations in Orleans, Scarborough and Nepean.

Now, they’re opening new Ontario locations in Niagara Falls and Oakville, and a London location is also listed as “coming soon” on their website.

They make it easy to apply to become a franchisee or to apply for a position at Lokma via simple forms on their website. They’re always looking to expand their team, and they’re hiring for positions like branch managers and kitchen clerks for their new locations as well as their existing ones.

Lokma’s Oakville location at 261 Oak Walk Dr. should be open by late June or early July, and Lokma’s Niagara Falls location at 8279 Lundy’s Ln. should be opening around mid to late August.
