A Montreal restaurant known for their chicken just opened their first restaurant in Toronto.
Emilia originally opened in 2018, specializes in Portuguese grilled chicken, and has Quebec locations in Villeray, Le Village, Le Central (Ste-Catherine O.), Sherbrooke and Brossard.
Now, they’ve opened a Toronto location for the first time ever.
Emilia incorporates their grilled chicken into poutine, sandwiches, salads and bowls, and they also serve the traditional Portuguese dessert pastel de nata (custard tarts).

They’re bringing all that goodness to Toronto for the first time ever with their brand new location which just opened at Waterworks Food Hall.
Emilia is joining a formidable roster of food vendors at Waterworks Food Hall. The food hall boasts over 15 cuisines and three bars, and Emilia is joining the space that’s already home to Rasta Pasta, Indian Street Food Co., Aburi Sushi, Harry’s Charbroiled, Taco Lupita, Musoshin, Island Oysters and Otto’s Doner.
Emilia is now open at Waterworks Food Hall at 50 Brant St.
