A GTA restaurant has been going viral for making Canada’s first Hot Cheetos shawarma

A restaurant with locations in Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area has been going viral recently for bringing together two great things that many people love: Hot Cheetos and shawarma. Apparently, it’s a first for the entire country.
That’s right, Shawarma Royale has been serving up a Hot Cheetos shawarma lately, and it’s just the most recent addition to their lineup of shawarma wraps designed to go viral.
The special signature Hot Cheetos shawarma is like a regular shawarma, but is totally coated in crunchy, fiery, bright neon orange crushed up Hot Cheetos for a super crispy exterior. It’s also loaded with gooey, stretchy, melty cheese for that Insta-worthy cheese pull to put on your social media feed. They might just even come served in the iconic Cheetos bag.

They also serve their viral crispy shawarma wraps in cheesy, oregano and zaatar flavours, and all the crispy wraps are priced at $9.99.

People have been taking to social media to share their experiences trying the viral crispy shawarma wraps, especially the Hot Cheetos crispy shawarma wrap.
“These aren’t your regular shawarmas,” one person wrote in a caption of a social media video. “The Hot Cheetos and Lazy Cheesy will keep having you go back for more. Crispy, golden, and stuffed with flavour—Shawarma Royale’s Crunchy Shawarmas are a total game changer.”

Another pair of creators on social media shouted out the Hot Cheetos shawarma wrap for being “so cheesy” and “crispy and gooey,” saying “You can really taste the Cheetos on here.”

The other more traditional shawarma wraps in the Shawarma Royale lineup are chicken, shish tawooq, falafel, a special royale mix, and beef and lamb.
