A shop for fried chicken just announced they’re pulling out of their physical location and taking a break.
Ghost Chicken has been a presence on Ossington not only for their halal Nashville hot and spicy fried chicken, but also their prominent storefront with a logo featuring a chicken wearing a ghost costume.
They’ve now posted on social media saying, “Thank you, Ossington! Ghost Chicken will no longer be available for in store purchase, we are taking a break and will back available through our delivery partners shortly.”
Their post continues, “We appreciate all of the good times on the Ossington strip and want to thank you for your continued support. This isn’t farewell, just a ‘see you later’ – stay tuned while we cook up something new.”
The post contains a video that ends with the text, “Our storefront is taking a little break while we work on something new…we can’t wait to share it with you, stay tuned for more details!”
People have commented on the post saying they hope Ghost Chicken comes back soon and sending them love, with one person saying they were sad that if Ghost Chicken is only doing delivery for the forseeable future, they won’t be able to get it anymore.
Ghost Chicken’s website also says “be back soon, promise…” and “order for delivery – back soon!”
Ordering has previously been available through Skip the Dishes, Uber Eats, DoorDash and Ritual, so until they release details about what’s next for them, keep checking those platforms to see if Ghost Chicken (or something new from the same team) becomes available.
