7 places to get galette des rois all January in Toronto

Galette des rois, also known as king cake or kings cake, is traditionally eaten at this time of year to celebrate the Epiphany, when the three kings arrived in Bethlehem. While Epiphany happens at the beginning of the month, it’s common to eat galette des rois all January.
A small figure or “feve” is usually hidden inside the treat and whoever finds it gets to be king or queen for a day and wear a crown. The ritual can also involve the youngest person hiding under the table and deciding who gets each slice, and the person who gets the feve buying the next galette.
Here’s where to pick up a galette des rois in Toronto to carry out traditions of your own this month.
