Toronto is one of the most sought-after travel destinations for foodies from the U.K.
Recent data collected by Travelbag — a U.K. booking agency — found that when it comes to the dream destination for culinary aficionados across the pond, Toronto is up on the podium with some major international destinations.
According to Travelbag, Toronto took home third place against the backdrop of 10 frequented travel destinations by U.K. citizens.
As for how this was quantified against the backdrop of international travel, several factors were taken into account, such as how many food-adjacent activities stood out, Instagram/TikTok engagement, and overall Google trends.
Based on the data collected, the top three spots were the following.
