Toronto restaurant to set whole menu at $20.26 to celebrate the New Year

A downtown Toronto fixture has kicked off the new year by taking pressure off local wallets.
The Fox on John, a beloved pub part of the inner workings of the city’s core, has decided to make the first month of 2026, when most are reeling from the financial pressure of the holidays, a little bit easier.
For the entire month of January, to celebrate 2026, all menu items, including both food and beverage orders, will be capped at a total cost of $20.26.

A long-standing tradition of the Fox, as each passing January marks this price change, pub representatives took to Instagram for the announcement, noting that “As we step into 2026, we’re saying thank you the best way we know how.”
