Toronto food icons team up for massive pizza collaboration

Two legendary Toronto restaurants are teaming up for an exclusive collab.

In a major first, the Toronto institution Maker Pizza, co-founded by celebrity chef Matty Matheson, is teaming up with Sukohthai, founded by the renowned Toronto chef Nuit Regular, to create a pizza unlike any other.

The Pad Gra Prow Pizza is the collaboration of both restaurants, which will be running exclusively on the meal delivery service SkipTheDishes, starting this week to the end of November.

The pizza breaks down Sukhothai’s signature Thai basil stir-fry and reimagines it as a piping hot, fresh pizza that features aromatic herbs, fresh ingredients, and Maker Pizza’s signature crispy, cheesy crust.

The pizza is available to order from all Maker Pizza locations throughout the GTA, and is already becoming a smash comfort food hit, as the leaves start to fall and the weather gets a bit crisper.
