As August winds down, Mississauga is set for a lively weekend with an Italian festival, outdoor markets, community bike rides and evening concerts. It’s a mix of food, culture and entertainment that will carry the city into the final stretch of summer.

August 22
Mississauga Italfest
Italfest is back for a two-day event. Guests can enjoy authentic food, an interactive heritage pavilion, puppet shows, stilt-walkers, a soccer challenge. Entertainment includes folk choirs, dance groups, DJs, local performers and international headliners direct from Italy.

Ryan and Catherine
Ryan Dornan and Catherine Gava are licensed buskers in the Sauga Busks program who debuted as a duo at the Mississauga Festival of Trees. Their set list features familiar tunes with sweet harmonies, creating a warm and approachable atmosphere through a mix of pop, folk and indie sounds.

Mississauga Summer Cooking Camps
