Community Services Expo
Explore the wide range of programs, supports, and services available across Brampton at this free, family-friendly event. Meet City staff, ask questions and discover what your community has to offer in a welcoming, gallery-style setting.

Pass the Mic
Run by youth, for youth, this annual open mic night invites performers aged 13 to 24 to take the stage and share their voice through poetry, music, rap, comedy or any genre of performing arts. A celebration of creativity and community in a supportive space. All youth ages 13 to 24 are welcome to perform or attend.

The Great Readception: A Literary Cabaret
Part of the Festival of Literary Diversity, this annual event brings together six featured authors for live readings accompanied by a jazz band led by Brampton’s own Carmen Spada. Enjoy an evening of storytelling, music, light hors d’oeuvres, and an intermission at the Rose Theatre.

Parks Clean Up and BBQ at Kiwanis Park

15th Annual Hike for Bethell Hospice
Join Bethell Hospice staff and volunteers for a meaningful morning walk along the Caledon Trailway in support of hospice care. The event features a memory garden, butterfly bereavement project, and a community BBQ following the hike. Independent hikers can participate anytime until May 31.

Brother: Film Screening and Author Talk-Back
