T by Daniel Announces The Closure of BCC Location

Sad news from popular Brampton cafe T by Daniel, as they plan to close down the Bramalea City Centre location by the end of this month.

T by Daniel has been in operation in Brampton for almost 6 years. It first opened in downtown Brampton back in 2013. They are known for the numerous artisan teas they serve.

In a Facebook post, co-owners Daniel and Renata Lewis claimed that there were many factors that lead to this decision. The post read: “There are many factors that have contributed to our decision, but the biggest is to be more present in the lives of our children, and the realities of a changing shift in retail. We want to translate our passion for tea and customer service towards our online store, an exciting opportunity that opens T By Daniel not only to Brampton, but to all of Canada and the rest of the world!”

You will still be able to find their services at markets and events, as well as a new business-afternoon tea party service they are planning to launch.

While the closing of the BCC location is a sombre occasion, the couple looks back at the fond memories they made, such as first opening and serving the Royal Family a custom made tea.

Now they look forward to what new adventures the future holds.

“Thank you for your tremendous support over the years,” reads the post. “We could have never done anything that we’ve done, or shared the incredible experiences that we’ve had without you.”

The final event for the store will be a grand closing party on May 31. More details will be announced on T by Daniel’s social media soon.
