If you’re looking for an evening full of laughs, you’ll want to check this out.
The Canadian Improv Showcase is coming to Brampton on Friday, July 28, 2017, at 8 p.m.
This will be the 20-year old improvisational comedy team’s seventh time at the Rose Theatre Studio, and they hope to see a sold out crowd. Lucky for Brampton, there are still some tickets left.
The team has toured internationally and done over 700 shows in their two decades of performing since March 1997.
In terms of what to expect, the team says they specialize in “interactive comedy with a Canadian twist.”
If you don’t know, improv is a style of performing where the talent makes up the show on the spot, guided by audience participation.
The Canadian Improv Showcase has won ‘Best of Fest’ two years in a row at the Toronto and London Fringe Festivals, and were crowned the Wide Mouth Studios Improv Competition Champions, so they’re pretty good!
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased here.
