Toronto is getting a new festival built around award-winning restaurants this summer.
While the city continues to get pelted with blizzards and freezing rain, there’s no better time to daydream about what is right around the corner when the snow melts.
Brewery & The Beast, a food festival that originally broke out in Western Canadian cities like Vancouver and Calgary, is rolling out an insane line-up for their Toronto debut in a few months.
According to the official event page, over 30 award-winning chefs and restaurants (some Michelin-recognized) will be in attendance for what has been described as a “grazing style event,” where guests can wander festival grounds and sample at their leisure.

Each participating chef or restaurant also uses this event as a platform for innovation, as they’ll be offering an expertly crafted dish that represents the repertoire of their culinary background.
As for where these vendors will be offering some of Toronto’s best cuisine, the main location will be set up at the grounds surrounding Henderson Brewing Co. in the Junction Triangle — hence the event’s namesake.
Some of the heavy hitters in attendance include Pai, Cherry Street Bar-B-Que, Alder, Eataly, and more.
The event will also feature a huge selection of DJs, and musical talent will keep the vibes going throughout the entire day.
Brewery & The Beast is set to kick off this summer, on July 26, at Henderson Brewing Co
