New chain bakery opens in Square One in Mississauga

A popular bakery chain has opened a location in Square One in Mississauga.
Saint Germain Bakery opened its newest location in the shopping centre on Level 2 by Entrance 8, beside Simons in December.
Founded in 1984, Saint Germain Bakery is a Canadian shop that has commissioned top pastry chefs from France, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia to pass their baking techniques to the flagship bakery.
“A unique art of baking is therefore created and mastered through assimilating top baking disciplines in the world,” the website boasts.
They have even won Culinary Olympics awards.
The bakery is known for its cakes including chestnut, chocolate, Black Forest and durian along with cheesecakes.
They carry croissants, pineapple buns and a harvest grain bread.
There are also cookies and Chinese pastries.
