New automated cafe "perfect for introverts" has opened in Toronto

A stylish donut shop purpose-built for introverts has recently opened up in downtown Toronto.

I’m Mochi is the city’s newest designer treat location with a special twist, according to the location’s Instagram page, all operations in the store are self-serve. Indicating that with the press of a button, all patrons will have their favorite treats mechanically provided.

This lack of face-to-face interaction makes the location a self-proclaimed snack stop “perfect for introverts.”

Some of the menu items included at I’m Mochi include a variety of sweet and savoury donuts, which include flavours like:

  • Roasted Soy Bean
  • Ube Jelly
  • Black Sesame
  • Matcha Pistachio
  • Cheesy Seaweed
  • Strawberry Jelly.

The location also features cracked latés, which layer the cup interior of each beverage with frozen chocolate, which then urges the customer to ‘crack’ the cup to release the sweet flavour.

I’m Mochi is located at 677 Queen St West, for more information, visit their official website.
