Mississauga photo exhibition explores extreme storms and wildfires

A new art exhibition, now open in Mississauga, looks at Canada’s changing climate.
Created in partnership with the Government of Canada and Canadian Geographic, and hosted by Ingenium, the show, To What Degree? opened at Mississauga’s Bradley Museum on July 7.
The travelling exhibit focuses on climate change in Canada and how people are adapting.
“This exhibition shares Canadian stories; some hopeful, some disheartening, all true, and all happening right now,” reads the description.

Using photography and minimal text, the stories explore individual and community resilience in the face of extreme events such as heat, storms and wildfires. It looks at changes in livelihood due to habitat shifts and opportunities for quality of life improvements.
The exhibition is at Bradley Museum’s Anchorage Gallery, 1620 Orr Rd. until Sept. 11. For more information, visit the museum website.
