A massive chocolate show is returning to Toronto this weekend.
The Winter Chocolate Show — which will be hitting its sixth year this year — is a massive spectacle poised to set up shop in the recently remodelled Toronto Reference Library.
Created by Paola Giavedoni, who runs The Candy Bar in Little Italy, and Erik Hansen, master chocolatier with Debarres Chocolate, the Winter Chocolate Show has been built from the ground up to feature numerous chocolatiers from across Canada.

For those who have never been, picture a massive floor show, but with chocolate.
Guests will be able to peruse numerous vendors, sample some tasty treats, and for those who aren’t satisfied stopping there, seminars and workshops on chocolate production and flavour profiles will be available as well.
This year’s Winter Chocolate Show is set to take place this Saturday, Feb. 4, at the Toronto Reference Library on 789 Yonge Street.
Tickets are available online.
