Luxury Japanese restaurant to expand brunch service in Toronto

One of Toronto’s top new brunch services is expanding.

Nobu — one of the city’s most sought-after culinary hot spots for Japanese cuisine — has been crushing it ever since it opened in the hotel of the same name in downtown Toronto back in 2024.

Specializing in an ever-expanding menu of expertly crafted nigiri, sashimi, sushi, and almost every kind of Japanese appetizer and entree you can think of, the location recently launched a brunch service to keep pace with the demands of the city’s morning crowd.

Offering a wholesale Japanese buffet, complete with a chef’s carving station, cocktails and desserts, Nobu has now taken it upon itself to expand the brunch service starting next week.

In an official Instagram post, Nobu officials indicated that their traditionally Sunday-exclusive brunch service will be expanding to Saturdays as well, starting this upcoming Saturday, March 7.

All designed to be “crafted for effortless weekend indulgence,” according to the post.

Nobu Toronto is located at 25 Mercer St, and their menu can be found on their website.
