One of the city’s largest breweries is rolling out a specialized menu just in time for the holiday season.
Steam Whistle, one of Ontario’s largest specialized beer distributors, has made quite a reputation for having quite the menu at its historic Roundhouse location in downtown Toronto.
To keep pace with chillier weather and the holidays, Steam Whistle’s in-house chefs, Calvin Lee and Dalton Maitland, have overhauled the current rotation of entrees and appetizers to make something truly unique.
“Our new Fall/Winter menu is a true labour of love, heartwarming dishes made for the colder Canadian months,” says Chef Calvin in an official statement. “With more time to connect with our guests, we have been even more intentional with every detail.”

Specialty items include fresh-baked pretzels, numerous pastas, steaks and burgers and a signature “hangover soup,” that will likely cure any of the previous night’s poor decisions.
“Much of the menu is made right here by our team with a lot of care, and we hope guests feel like they are being welcomed into our home this winter,” added Calvin.
Steam Whistle’s new menu is currently in full swing until spring hits. For more menu info, check out their official website.
