New butcher shop plans to open new location in Mississauga

A popular butcher shop located in Scarborough is planning to expand into our neck of the woods.
The Meathead Store is expected to open their second location sometime soon at 6045 Mavis Rd in Heartland Town Centre.
They sell a wide variety of meat products including beef, steaks, ribs, chicken, lamb, goat, turkey, burgers, sausages, breakfast meats, deli meats and more.
The Meathead’s claim to fame is that their products are all halal.

“The Meathead Store was conceived to fill a vacuum in the halal space: Premium halal options, in a clean contemporary setting, and the best service in the business, tailored for today’s hectic lifestyle,” the store says.
They also deliver across the GTA.
There’s no grand opening date yet but the store expects to announce it very soon, according to a recent post on their Instagram.
