Festival celebrating Black art and culture is happening in Toronto this weekend

Looking to immerse yourself in a vibrant celebration of Black art, culture and music this weekend in Toronto? You might want to head on over to Trillium Park for this festival.
It’s OK World, a lively outdoor festival, will be held on August 24 and 25 as part of the Summer Series at Ontario Place’s Trillium Park.
The event, located at 955 Lake Shore Blvd.W., will showcase the diverse talent of Toronto’s Black artists.
It will offer a free, family-friendly experience with two days of live music, artistic performances and plenty of chances to connect with others.
The festival boasts a stellar lineup of local Black artists, including performances by Yaya Bey, Rayana Jay, Zenesoul, Lokre, Kafaye, Dichotomi, DJ Lamsetdoe, IAMNOBODI, Dee Diggs, Nino Brown, Miles Freedom, Anthony OKS, and SOJI.
In addition to the musical acts, attendees can kick off each day with a relaxing yoga session at 10 a.m., in the park, offering a serene start before diving into the festivities.
