Elegant new martini bar opens in downtown Toronto

Toronto has just got another sleek martini bar in its downtown core.
Nestled in the iconic Le Germain Hotel in Maple Leaf Square is the newly revealed Mercer Lounge.
Taking cues from the city’s iconic roster of high-end hotel bars, the Mercer is built on a platform of elegance and refined taste.
In terms of bar service, every classic and contemporary martini you can imagine, like gin/vodka, espresso, vesper, gibson, and cosmo, are in rotation, all crafted in expert fashion.

“The martini has always carried a quiet confidence. Its origins are intentionally blurred, shaped by late nights, grand hotel bars, and stories left unfinished,” read the Mercer Lounge’s official website.
Alongside their flagship martinis are numerous other bar standard cocktails, as well as some incredibly enticing lounge fare, like in-house russet potato chips, tartare, caviar, and paté, just to name a few.
The Mercer Lounge can be found on the main floor of the Le Germain Hotel at 75 Bremner Blvd.
