Celebrated Italian restaurant set to launch new Hamilton location today

A celebrated restaurant specializing in Italian cuisine is opening a brand new location in Hamilton today.
After a series of expansions in the GTA, Piano Piano is bringing its menu and vibes — built on dynamic pastas and pizzas — to Hamilton today, with its new location’s grand opening.
For those who haven’t had the chance to visit, Piano Piano is known for its unique takes on Italian classics, built on a foundation of communal dining and shared experiences.
According to an official press release from the franchise’s founders, this new space hits close to home and is a special occasion. As co-founders, Victor Barry and Brendan Piunno, who grew up close to Niagara, view this expansion as a way of working their way back to their old stomping grounds.
“We’re not just building a brand — we’re paving a road back home,” said Barry in an official statement. “And we want to bring tasty, f*#kin’ delicious food to every corner of Ontario while we’re at it. Hamilton’s creative energy is electric, and we’re excited to become part of that.”
The newly launched Hamilton spot now marks the launch of the seventh Piano Piano location in southern Ontario, with other locations found throughout Toronto, Oakville, and its surrounding regions.

Designed by award-winning interior designers, according to brand representatives, this new space is planned to bring Hamilton a hefty dose of “vintage Italian charm,” on top of its robust menu.
