Boozy charcuterie class coming to Toronto in time for the holidays

Toronto’s most dynamic wine-and-cheese night is kicking off just in time for the holidays.

Loopline — a bottle shop and wine bar in The Annex — has become a fixture for neighbourhood food and wine tastings in the city.

In keeping with their reputation for having a diverse roster of seminars featuring an incredible selection of snacks and drinks, Loopline is set to host for two nights in December the ‘Pop, Fizz, Fromage’ event.

Aiming to showcase what they describe as “Bubbles meeting cheese in all their forms,” Loopline is breaking open casks of beer and cider, pairing them with eight expertly curated varieties of both fromage and cured meats.

For those considering stepping up their charcuterie game for the holiday parties in the weeks ahead, this boozy little seminar may be your best bet to stand out.

Loppline’s Pop, Fizz, Fromage nights are set for this Thursday, Dec. 4, and next week on Dec. 11.
