A luxurious French press style cafe has opened in a Toronto neighbourhood

A new café has opened in a luxurious Toronto neighbourhood, serving only the finest French press-style coffee.

Located at 2102 Queen Street East, the ESPRO Coffee Bar opened in late July to massive fanfare, introducing Toronto’s Beaches neighbourhood to expertly crafted dual-pressed coffee and dynamic takes on espresso-based fare.

Described on their website as a “living coffee lab,” the ESPRO Coffee Bar functions as a neighborhood nook to grab a quick cup of refined joe or check out the wares designed by the location’s namesake ESPRO — a manufacturer of French presses made from high-grade materials.

As for specialty offers at the counter, the pressed house blend is by far the flagship beverage, while contributions from rotating guest roasters and refined espressos provide more exotic takes on café classics.

As for a quick snack, the ESPRO Coffee Bar offers a Danish soft bun loaded with butter and cheese, perfectly paired with their pressed coffee, as well as a selection of pastries from local Toronto bakeries.

Purpose-built to inject East Toronto with the euro vibes of a café overflowing with fresh coffee and neighbourhood chit-chat, as no wi-fi is available, the ESPRO Coffee Bar is the city’s best new space to grab a cup of coffee.
