While house prices in Toronto and the GTA have come down a bit from the staggering highs they hit during the pandemic (and in the years leading up to it), some houses in Canada’s biggest city still sell for well over the median price point of $910,000.

While houses across Toronto and the GTA are down about five per cent year-over-year, some luxurious properties are still changing hands amongst those who can invest in large yards, gorgeous pools and beautiful wine cellars.
