5 most expensive houses toronto may 2025

House prices might be down from last year (which is certainly welcome news for prospective buyers who have been waiting for years for a morsel of relief), but many homes are still selling for big bucks–especially in Canada’s largest city.

Last month, five luxurious homes changed hands for far more than Toronto’s average price of $1,155,616 (which is down from the average price of $1,193,202, recorded in May 2024).
