Weekend weather: Thunderstorms then sunny skies for Toronto

The weather is a mixed bag for Toronto this weekend.
Thunderstorms are forecast for Friday afternoon and evening, along with a dip in temperatures down to 10 C, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada.

Cloudy skies with a 40 per cent chance of showers are expected on Saturday. There could be gusts up to 60 km/hr in the morning.
The high will reach 12 C with the temperature falling to 8 C in the afternoon. It could get even colder in the evening with a low of 3 C forecast.
Sunday could be the nicest day, particularly if you are heading out to see cherry blossoms. Sunny skies are forecast with a high of 17 C. It will still be cool in the evening—a low of 5 C is expected.
