Weekend Weather: Sunny, warm Mother’s Day forecast for Toronto

It could be the perfect weekend to spend outdoors in Toronto.
The sunny weather on Friday is expected to continue on Saturday and Sunday in the city.

Friday’s high of 16 C could drop down to a chilly low of 5 C in the evening, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada.
But on Saturday it will warm up again to 22 C with mainly sunny skies. Wind gusts of up to 40 km/h are expected in the afternoon. A low of 5 C is expected in the evening.
On Mother’s Day, Sunday, it will warm up again to 16 C with sunny, clear skies. The low could get down to 8 C in the evening.
Next week, Monday’s high could reach a warm 23 C with more sun but then rain is expected on Tuesday and Wednesday.
