The Taste of Burlington is kicking off today and is set to feature 30 restaurants for locals and visitors to explore.
Scheduled to run from January 27 to February 9, 2025, the event has been purpose-built to show off the dynamic range of Burlington’s food scene through various dining locales.
“Have a culinary adventure with your friends, family, or coworkers. Beat the ‘blahs’ of January and see some incredible culinary offerings here in the City of Burlington — we are becoming a culinary destination, so don’t miss out,” said Mayor of Burlington Marianne Meed Ward in an Instagram post for the event.
All participating restaurants will operate on a pre-fixe program.

This means they will offer planned, coursed meals showcasing what Burlington chefs have been cooking up this winter.
Provided courses will adhere to each location’s culinary identity, as each participant will be offering breakfast, lunch, or dinner courses based on the style of their cuisine.
As for featured locations, several Burlington heavy hitters have committed to the event, including Cherry House, Pepe and Lela’s Eatery and Loondock’s.
While these are only a few regional favorites, the Taste of Burlington event is sure to inspire some new go-to spots for all who attend.
