Another Michelin-level restaurant will soon be joining Toronto’s roster with the opening of a new location of a Vancouver brand.
Riley’s Fish & Steak serves just what it sounds like, a powerhouse menu of steakhouse-style seafood and meat. The restaurant is operated by Glowbal Restaurant Group, which is also responsible for Black + Blue in Toronto.
They serve a menu of prime cuts of meat, signature sides and dishes like oysters rockefeller, crab cakes, seafood towers, lobster pot pie and shrimp bolognese, along with a drinks list of cocktails, wine and beer.
The look of the space is intended to draw inspiration from sunrises and sunsets, with lots of soft golden and purple tones, gentle curves, high gloss surfaces and organic shapes. Live performances by local talent should also be taking place at the Toronto location of Riley’s five nights a week.
“Toronto is one of the most dynamic culinary cities in North America, and we’re thrilled to expand our presence here,” says Emad Yacoub, Co-Founder and CEO of Glowbal Group, in a release.
“With Riley’s, we’re creating more than just a restaurant — we’re building a destination that brings people together over exceptional food, live music and unforgettable hospitality.”
The Toronto location of Riley’s at 155 Wellington St. W should be opening around early 2026.
